Trial and Error: Croissants

                 

                       Happy 2015!       I have tried to make croissants, only one time. I watched this amazing video about how to make croissants!:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GgsN1gymxxY  But, if you have allergies and diet restrictions, you will have to change up the recipe. Gluten free dough does not stretch out as much as wheat dough, so it is hard to keep the layers in the croissants nice.  I made my first batch of croissants a few days ago with my own recipe, however they didn't turn out that well, and I was impatient! I guess it is all with trial and error! I will revise my recipe and try it again!


Inside of my croissant: it doesn't have the layers like regular croissants.
